We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour and finish are normal and part of the charm of each piece.

We currently do not accept returns for change of mind.
